  • Dr. Tony Alessandra, Chief Executive Officer

    Dr. Alessandra is Founder and CEO of Assessment Business Center, a company that offers online assessments in a variety of critical areas, particularly the online DISC assessment. He has been in the assessment business since 1975 and online assessments since 1996.

    Dr. Tony has a street-wise, college-smart perspective on business, having been raised in the housing projects of NYC to eventually realizing success as a graduate professor of marketing, Internet entrepreneur, business author and hall-of-fame keynote speaker. He earned a BBA from The University of Notre Dame in 1969, an MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1970 and his PhD in marketing in 1976 from Georgia State University.

    Tony is a prolific author with 27 books translated into over 50 foreign language editions, including the newly revised, best-selling The NEW Art of Managing People; Charisma; The Platinum Rule; Collaborative Selling; and Communicating at Work.

    Dr. Alessandra is also featured in over 100 audio/video programs and films, including Relationship Strategies (American Media); The Dynamics of Effective Listening (Nightingale-Conant); and Non-Manipulative Selling (Walt Disney Productions). He is also the originator of the internationally-recognized behavioral style assessment tool - The Platinum Rule®.

    Dr. Alessandra was inducted into the NSA Speakers Hall of Fame in 1985. In 2009, he was inducted as one of the "Legends of the Speaking Profession;" in 2010-2013, he was selected 4 times as one of the Speakers.com Top 5 Sales/ Marketing/ Customer Service Speakers by Speaking.com; in 2010, Tony was elected into the inaugural class of the Top Sales World Sales Hall of Fame; in 2012, he was voted one of the Top 50 Sales & Marketing Influencers; and also in 2012, Dr. Tony was voted the #1 World's Top Communication Guru.

  • Brandon Parker, Chief Operating Officer

    Brandon has pioneered numerous custom website projects from basic design and marketing to comprehensive data driven programs. Brandon has been a key individual in the development of the assessment software systems. He was the lead programmer and project manager for the very first online version of the assessment software. Since then he has helped lead the team through all the system upgrades as technology and industry knowledge have evolved.

    Brandon has also been instrumental in developing structures for support and customer service used by our global market. Brandon earned his BA from Chapman University in Orange, California.

  • Steve Parker, Chief Technology Officer

    Steve has spent over 25 years in Computer Consulting and Custom Programming industries. Steve has consulted clients in Medical Billing, Convention Meeting Organizing, Paper Recycling, and Construction Lien Processing. He was a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum of San Diego and the Independent Computer Consultants' Association where he served three years on the national board culminating as President and Chairman. He was a director on the National Board for the Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals.

    Steve provides overall management of our assessment software programming staff and was the key employee in the architecture of our SQL server databases and security network. Steve received his BA and MA from California State University at Northridge.

  • Ashley Wexler, Director of Customer Care

    Ashley is the newest member of the Assessments 24x7 team. After many years as a high school teacher and curriculum developer in subjects such as History, Leadership and Career Development, she decided it was time for a change of pace.

    Ashley has been working as Director of Customer Care since November 2011. She has spent a lot of time over the past couple years learning the Assessments 24x7 system, getting to know our clients, and making sure that everyone's customer service expectations are exceeded!

    Ashley graduated from UCLA in 1999 with a degree in History and Philosophy. She also holds a credential in Education from San Diego State University received in 2003.
